Juan Silva was born and raised in the small town of Mountain Home, Idaho on a farm that I’ve worked, managed, and now own for many years. I love to explore the outdoor world of hiking, fishing, and backcountry skiing/snowboarding.
My coaching career began with Idaho Rush where I have had the privilege to work under Lee Riley, Steve Frederick, and Oly Frick where I have learned so much about being a great coach and knowing what it truly means to be a Rush coach.
During my time in Idaho, I was also the head coach for Centennial High School Boys program where I have led the boys to District Championships and State Playoffs.
I currently hold my USSF C License and am currently enrolled in the B course
I also carry various certifications in personal training, strength, and conditioning which I have been a part of for the past 12 years and I have had the privilege of working with 5 professional athletes in various sports such as soccer, basketball, football, and ultimate frisbee.
